The perfect refill for our ceramic olive bottles — and of course beautiful on its own. This Fruttato Medio Monocultivar Peranzana by Frantoio Muraglia is an elegant, well-balanced extra virgin olive oil crafted with the same passion and precision for over 5 generations.

Taste profile

Golden yellow with glints of bright green. The nose is dominated by vibrant notes of tomato, rocket, radish and artichoke. Fresh and lively, without excessive bitterness — an oil with an exceptionally low acidity and a perfectly balanced taste.

Ideal with fish and lightly cooked dishes.

From the grove

The Peranzana olive grows in the north of the production area, in the full sea breeze and with extra rainfall. This naturally yields an oil with low acidity. Processing is done the traditional way with millstones — stubborn as a mule, absolutely without compromise.

Frantoio Muraglia

We are particularly proud to offer this exceptional product. Muraglia still harvests its olives by hand and cold-presses them on the family's old stone press. Every bottle is a tribute to craftsmanship and terroir.
