We love this take on our simple stone statues. These tea light holders come from the island of Sumba Indonesia and are hand carved from sandstone by local craftsmen. In the traditional villages of Sumba, statues like these are placed inside and around the entrance of the hut, offering protection and healing to the inhabitants within.
They make a beautiful statement on their own or look great in a cluster to create a real impact.
