Suar wood always varies in tone, color and pattern. Wood is a living material that expands and contracts, causing cracks and knots. We take steps during shipping and in our warehouse to dry and coat suar wood items, but it can still retain moisture which can leak out over time.
Annual treatment of the product with protective oil is recommended, this will also refresh the colour.
